Jewell L. "Judy" Skaggs, 89, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2019.
She was born on July 22, 1929 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Tim McCoy and Nedra Raines. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy McCoy.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Paula Hawkins; grandson, Jason L. Hawkins (Amie); great-granddaughter, Abby Hawkins and great-grandson, Knox Hawkins.
Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243), with a service to honor the life of Judy to follow at 1 pm at the funeral home.
The family requests that contributions in Judy's memory be made to The American Lung Association or The Kentucky Humane Society.
