Jewell Brock

Jewell Brock, age 90, of Pewee Valley, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2013. Jewell was an amazing gift from heaven and loved by many. It was as if God picked one of His brightest stars and placed her on Earth to spread happiness and love.

Jewell was born on December 21, 1922 in Lee City, Ky to the late Sammie and Rova Dunn. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by six siblings and her loving husband of 52 years, Charles Brock.

Jewell is survived by her beloved daughter, Joyce Bowling; sisters, Bessie Smith & Cormie Smith; grandchildren, Debbie Mingus (Charlie), Jack Bowling (Tiffany) & Jay Bowling (Christol); great grandchildren, Chelsea Housley (Joshua), Kelly Mingus, Missy Mingus, Savannah Bowling, Jacob Bowling & Xoe Bowling; great-great-grandchildren, Lilly Housley & Gabriel Housley.

Graveside services will be held Monday, June 3, 2013 at 1:00 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky.
