Jessica Renee Collins

Jessica"Jessie" Renee Collins, 16, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2019. "Roo" was full of fire, energetic, and full of life. She was a very loving and caring young lady who always had a beautiful smile on her face. Roo was her "own person" and would tell you how it is. She loved animals and aspired to be a Veterinarian.

She was born on October 14, 2003 in Louisville, Kentucky to Kenneth and Rebecca (Womack) Collins. She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Jimmie Womack and Kenneth Collins; Mamaw Ethel Kellison; Uncle Bob Howard; Aunt Rhonda Green.

Jessica is survived by her loving parents, Kenneth and Rebecca Collins; brother, Jimmie Scott Collins (Audri); Grammi Margaret (Jimmie) Womack; Nanny Laura Ann (Kenneth) Collins; Memaw Millie Carlisle and Papaw Jerry Kellison; uncles Lonnie (Robin) Womack and Bill Collins; aunt, Tracy Collins, cousins, Faith, Beth and Nick Skaggs; Samantha and Wesley Womack and Jacob Collins; and her fur-baby Drama.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2019 and from 11:00 am to 1 pm on Monday December 30, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at in Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
