Jerry Wayne Heath

October 18, 1952 — June 24, 2021

Jerry Wayne "Moon" Heath, 68, passed away on June 24, 2021. He was an avid sports fan and his favorite team was the Kentucky Wildcats. Jerry liked doing puzzles, playing poker, singing Karaoke, working in the yard and traveling. He enjoyed listening to music and some of his favorite groups were Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, James Taylor and Ghost.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Wagner and sister, Linda Hock.

Jerry leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Tammy Heath; son, Jeremy (Autumn Lasley) Heath; daughter, Amanda (Scott Bridges) Kelly; grandchildren, Kaycee Kelly, Aaron Bridges, Ethan Bridges, Paisley Bridges and one on the way; brother, David (Patty) Heath and fur baby, KitKat.

Visitation will be Friday, July 2, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 3pm-5pm with a celebration of Jerry's life beginning at 5pm.
