Jerry Lance Branum

Jerry Lance Branum, 66, of Fairdale, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Jerry was fiercely devoted to his family and friends. Since his retirement in 2017 he enjoyed perusing his hobbies photography, model airplanes, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

He was born on November 28, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lance and Marjorie (Stump) Branum. He is preceded in death by his Father, Lance Hartwell Branum, Mother, Marjorie Marie Branum, Wife, Gayle Ann Branum, and Sister, Jo Marie Cochrane.

Jerry is survived by his loving family, Sons, Jeremy Lance Branum and Jason Lee Branum; Grandchildren, Laura (Allen) Cummins, Justin Branum, Remy Branum, Liam Branum, George Branum, and Amaya Branum; 2 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Patricia Rae (Stephen) Larimore, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Sunday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
