Jenny L. Chatman

Jenny Lynn (Green) Chatman, 38, passed away on Wednesday evening, October 20, 2010 at her home. Jenny was a member of the New Albany Token Club and was fascinated with "Hello Kitty" and "Strawberry Shortcake" cartoons. Above all, she loved her family dearly.

Jenny was born on May 6, 1972 in Denver, Colorado to John C. Green and Rose Ann (Thompson) Klueh of New Albany. She was preceded in death by her niece, Chloe Newman.

In addition to her parents, Jenny is survived by her husband, Jamie L. Chatman, Sr.; children, Amber N. Hunter and her life partner, Devon Kirsch and Jamie L. Chatman, Jr.; sisters, Tammy S. (Green) Christmon and Christy L. Newman and her husband, Aaron; nieces, Paige Christmon and Hayley Newman; and her very special aunts, Irma Bradford and Kathy Halcomb, all of New Albany.

Cremation was chosen; and a Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Galatian Baptist Church (2020 Marilyn Avenue, New Albany).
