Jennifer Nicole Santana

Jennifer Nicole Santana, 46, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023.

She was born on January 6, 1977 in Louisville, Kentucky to Freddie and Cheryl Garrett. She is preceded in death by her father, Freddie C. Garrett, and her sisters, Lezlie Gordon and Stephanie Fred.

Jennifer was a loving wife, mother, and daughter. She was a strong woman of faith; being a life long member of the Apostolic Church, recently attending Greater Life Apostolic Church. Jennifer's family was the most important thing in the world to her; she loved being a wife and mother. She has always had a caring and giving heart; working in home health and taking care of others was her passion. Jennifer will be remembered for her enjoyment of baking, her fun loving personality and her beauty inside and out.

Jennifer is survived by her loving husband of 9 years, Victor Santana, mother, Cheryl Garrett, her sons, Nicholas Claussen, James Claussen, Matthew Claussen, Christopher Claussen, and Caleb Santana, her furbaby, Lexie and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss her very much.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service honoring Jennifer will be at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest privately at Kings Church Cemetery in Taylorsville, KY.
