Jeffrey Hugh House

Jeffrey Hugh House, 51, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022. He was a United States Navy veteran and while in the service, Jeff received the National Defense Service Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and the Southwest Asia Service Medal With Bronze Star. He was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and more than anything in the world, Jeff enjoyed spending time with his boys.

He was born on March 27, 1971, in Louisville, Kentucky, to William and Evola (Branson) House. In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his sons, Brayden and Carsen House; siblings, Bill House (Chris), Alan "Mark" House, Susan House; former wife and friend, Donna Stumler House; nieces and nephews, Josh, Katie, Andrew, Kylie, Alexas, Brennan, Cavanna, Gregory, Nevin, Kelsey, Clayton, Calvin, Andrew, Grant, Avery; brothers and sisters-in-law, Debbie and Steve Gregory, Dewayne and Ronda Stumler, and Dean and Anita Stumler; and mother-in-law, Marcella Stumler.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his funeral service and military honors taking place at 7:00 p.m.
