Jeannine Routt

Jeannine Rine Routt, age 83 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Jeannine was born September 28, 1929 to the late Jesse and Maude Rine. She was a librarian in Louisville, Columbia, MO, and Cincinnati, OH. Jeannine and her husband, Larry, enjoyed travelling to jazz festivals together both in the U.S. and abroad.

Jeannine is survived by her husband of 63 years, Larry Routt; children, Gloria Beswick, Alan Routt, Judy McCray, and Doug Routt; and eight grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 7:00pm Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY, with visitation from 3:00pm until time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Parkinson's Support Center of Kentuckiana.
