Jazmyne "Jazmo" Burden, 17, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
She was born on November 2, 2004 in Louisville, Kentucky to Darrick Smith and Christina Burden. There to meet her in Heaven were her brothers, Jewell Burden and Issac Smith, her grandfather, Joseph Wozniak and her great uncle, Bob Walters.
Jazmyne was a force to be reckoned with; she was a strong young woman who loved fast cars, car meets, dirt bikes, tattoos and piercing's. She knew how to skate before she could walk! Jazmyne wanted to be a model; perfecting her makeup and fashion. She was a loving and caring soul that was taken from this earth too soon. Jazmyne leaves a legacy that will be carried on through all that loved her. Rest In Peace Jazmo!
Jazmyne is survived by her loving mother, Christina Burden, father, Darrick Smith, siblings, Janiyah Burden, Jayzien Burden, Julian Burden, Chosen Smith, Bristol Smith and Aalyah Nelson, grandmothers, GeeGee Burden, Tammie Smith, and Brenda Walters, cousins, Madison and Matthew Mills, aunt, Felicia Clemmons, and a host of extended family and friends that will miss her so much.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service celebrating her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
