Jay Lee Hornback, age 56 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 after complications from ongoing health issues. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 3, 1966. Jay was preceded in death by his parents, Rita Lynn (Palmer) Hornback and Oliver Louis Hornback.
Jay is survived by his brothers, Scott (Eileen) Hornback, twin brother, Jeff Hornback and Tony (Jill) Hornback; and nine nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Jay had a larger than life personality and never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed.
A private memorial will be held by the family.
