Janet Lynn Jones

Janet Lynn Jones, 66, passed away on September 8, 2023. Her family meant the world to her and spending time with her grandchildren was one of her greatest joys. Janet was an avid BINGO player. She will be truly missed, but will forever live in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Edith Proctor.
Janet leaves to cherish her memories, her life partner, David Blackwell; children, Michelle ( Al) Sherrard and Jesse Jones; granddaughters, Brittany Sherrard and Sophia Jones; siblings, Glenn Davis, John (Jackie) Minton, Teresa Braun, Pamela Semar and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 11am-2pm with a celebration of Janet's life beginning at 2pm.
