Jane Ann Gall

Jane Ann Gall, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 3, 2020 at her home after her battle with brain cancer. She spent her last few days surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 16, 1939 in Memphis, Indiana to the late Arthur and Grace Wathen Murphy. Jane was a member of 9th and O Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, especially the bible, going on vacations, playing with her grandchildren, and attending family gatherings.

Jane is survived by children, Laura Gall, Chad (Sara) Gall, Ann (Stephen) Sim, Art (Patti) Gall, and Drew (Erin) Gall; brother, Robert Murphy; grandchildren, Jamie Gall, Kara Carson, Michael Miller, Grace Ramsey, Nicholas Gall, Morgan Taylor, Chad Gall, Emily Gall, Amelia Gall, Katie Gall, Molly Gall, Addie Gall, Oliver Gall; great granddaughters, Lyla and Alexis Ramsey.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Thursday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Bowery Cemetery in Memphis, Indiana.
