Jane Rose Baird, 89, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
She was born on June 6, 1929 in Louisville, Kentucky to Joseph and Adelaide Baird. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Kendrick Baird, Sr.; mother, Adelaide Baird; brothers, Donald Baird and Joseph Kendrick Baird, Jr.
Jane is survived by her sister, Mary C. Cahill (John); brother, James Richard Baird (Jeannie); and a host of loving nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 pm to 3 pm on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243), with a memorial service to follow at 3 pm at the funeral home.
The family requests that contributions in Jane's memory be made to Baptist Health Louisville, Palliative Care Unit.
