Jamie Fiaschetti, 39, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
He was born on September 21, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky to Dwain and Debra Fiaschetti. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Dolores Schwartz and Betty Fiaschetti.
Jamie is survived by his loving parents Dwain and Debra Fiaschetti, brother, Brent Fiaschetti (Dani), sister, Renee Lowrey (Lauren) a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends as well as his beloved dog, Diesel a Siberian Husky.
All services will be private.
The family requests that contributions in Jamie's memory be made to Frazier Rehab Institute (220 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202).
