James Dennis Redmon, 55, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018.
He was born on October 7, 1962 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Otis and Doris (Lawson) Redmon.
Dennis is survived by his significant other, Janet Hutchinson, children; James Michael Redmon (Elizabeth), Savannah Redmon, Hannah Geary, step-daughters, Tonya Welty (John) and Kelci Parrish (Jacob). He is also survived by his sisters, Norma Redmon May (Bobby), Judy Redmon, brothers Allen Redmon (Jackie), Lance Redmon (Betty), grandchildren; Hannah O'Neal, Trentin Redmon, Emily O'Neal, Brooklyn O'Neal, step-grandchildren Kennedy, Olivia, Emery Welty, Emily and Savannah McDonald and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
Visitation will also be held from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral ceremony at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the funeral home.
The family requests that contributions in Dennis's memory be made to The Healing Place.
