James R. "Jim" Leslie, 86, passed away on September 8, 2015. He was a life time member of Chapel Park Baptist Church. Jim retired from Inland Container Corp.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Dorothy Leslie; son, Robert William Leslie and sister, Eunice Price.
Jim is survived by his sons, Jay Leslie and Michael Leslie; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Rayburn Short; sister, Annabelle Short and daughter-in-law, Diane Leslie.
Visitation will be Friday, September 11, 2015, from 9am-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) with a celebration of Jim's life beginning at 11am.
Interment will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Highway.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to Chapel Park Baptist Church.
