James "Jim" Paul, passed away at the age of 75 on November 3, 2014. Jim served in many capacities since the age of 24 as the Dean of two Bible Colleges, Interim Pastor, Asst. Pastor, Principal of several Christian Schools, Minister of Education, Minister of Music and taught Sunday School for the past 30 years. His last position was Minister of Music at Living Hope Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Lura Paul.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joyce Paul and his six children, Eric Paul, Micah Paul, Holly Brown, Shannon Paul, Cameron Paul and Ryan Paul and six grandchildren, Erin, Connor, Brendan, Harrison, Hannah and Madalyn.
Visitation for Jim will be Thursday, November 6, 2014, from 4pm-7pm at Living Hope Baptist Church (10205 Bardstown Bluff) with the funeral service beginning at 7pm.
Graveside services will be Friday, November 7, 2014, at 1pm at St. Andrew Cemetery, 7500 Saint Anthony Church Road, Louisville, KY.
