James "Mike" O'Meara, Jr., 60, passed away on May 24, 2023. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Mike could always make you laugh and put a smile on your face.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Michael and Margaret "Penny" O'Meara, Sr.
Mike is survived by his uncle, Gerald O'Meara; aunts, Patti Smith, Beverly Sanders and Robin Wathen; loving companion, Dana Burkhead and his faithful dog, PeeWee.
Visitation will be Friday, June 2, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 103004 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 4pm-6pm with a celebration of Mike's life beginning at 6pm.
Mike will be laid to rest at Louisville Memorial Gardens - West at a later date.
