James W. Lee, 85, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023. James was a loving father and loved his NASCAR and loved riding his motorcycle. He loved Florida so much he lived there for many years. He was an avid UK Wildcats fan. He always enjoyed spending time with family and friends watching sports. James will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him.
He was born on February 14, 1938 in Simpsonville, Kentucky to Flocey and Grace (Tinsley) Lee. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Grace Lee, Father, Flocey Lee, 2 Sisters, and 2 Brothers.
James is survived by his loving family, Daughters, Cynthia A. Jacobs, Pamela E. Reesor, and Jamie L. Monroe; many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish his memory forever.
The family requests that contributions in James's memory be made to Alzheimer's and Dementia Association.
