James "Jim" Alan Miklosh, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
He was born on December 5, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, to Joseph and Stella Miklosh. Jim was known for his incredible sense of humor and kindness, which he often displayed to a fault. He was an excellent golfer and bowler, dedicated lifelong friend to many, and his cooking skills were renowned among family and friends. Jim had a passion for gardening and loved tinkering around the home, always finding ways to improve and fix things. He was a doting grandfather, father, son, and brother whose work ethic was admired by all who knew him. An exceptional mason by trade, Jim's craftsmanship and dedication to his work left a lasting impact on many.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Stella Miklosh.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Kelly (Russ) Williams; grandson, Redmon A. Williams; brothers, David and Thomas Miklosh.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, June 7, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). A service to celebrate Jim's life will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
