James W. Jackson, 81, of New Albany, Indiana, has left us to be with our Lord and family and friends who have gone on before him, on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
He was born on December 6, 1942 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Benjamin and Margaret (Williams) Jackson.
James is survived by his caring wife of 33 years, Linda Sue Jackson (Haendiges), children; Shelly Doss (Jay), Diana Jackson, Michelle (Kim) Obremski, Calvin Adams ( Mary), siblings; Ronald Jackson (Laura), grandchildren; Phillip Hall (Hannah), Joshua Jackson (Tisha), Christian King (Lauren), Kaitlyn Do (Nick), Jordan Stone (Cody) Braden Obremski, Carson Adams, Cameron Adams, 14 wonderful great grandchildren!
Cremation was chosen following James' wishes and a private family service will be held at a later date.
