James J. Riley

James J. Riley, age 77 of Louisville, passed away Friday, November 02, 2012. He was a graduate of Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, attended Marian College and was on their first basketball team. He was a retired courier for Bee-Line after 12 years and a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Jean Morrissey Riley and his parents Clarence A. and Therese Moorman Riley.

Mr. Riley is survived by his loving children, Debbie Greenwell (Joe), Michael Riley, Kevin Riley (Sandy) and Pat Riley; sister, Maryanne Boone; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Celebration will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2012 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 7500 Tangelo Drive with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Memorials may be made to the family.
