James "Jimbo" Edward Francis, 68, of Crestwood, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024.
He was born on December 23, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Clifford and Margie (Turpin) Francis. Jimbo was a graduate of Eastern High School. After high school he started working with the Kentucky Department of Transportation, where he retired. After retiring, he went to drive for Lashley Trucking. Jimbo was a big UK fan, he was also an avid hunter who loved everything outdoors. He also enjoyed riding his Harley.
Jimbo is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Helena Christine Christ; sons, Nathan and Benjamin Christ; sister, Becky Powers (David); brother, Clifford "Kip" Francis, Jr. (Mona); and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be planned later this year.
