James Thomas "Tommy" Bowman, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
He was born on February 14, 1954 in Marion County, Kentucky to the late William and Nellie (McCarty) Bowman . Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Charles Bowman and sister, Charlene Simpson.
Tommy enjoyed watch his UK Wildcats, NASCAR and Wrestling. He was loved dearly by his family and will be remembered through all the memories and stories his siblings will continuing sharing.
Tommy is survived by his siblings, Michael Wayne Bowman, Sr., Ronald Lee Bowman, Bonnie Terry, Phyllis Ann Chopp, Joyce Ann Fisher and Patrick Kenneth Bowman, and his son, John Christopher Bowman.
Visitation will be from 11am-2pm on Monday, December 5th at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service celebrating Tommy's life will take place immediately following the visitation at 2pm on Monday. He will be laid to rest at Bethany Memorial Gardens.
