Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Gerding (Brock/Langdon), 73, of Louisville, KY passed away at Baptist East Pallative Care Unit on June 2, 2022.
Jackie was born on May 21, 1949 in Louisville to the late John Richard Brock and Sarah Agnes Redman.
Jackie is predeceased by her parents and her brothers, Mark Richard Brock.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, James Michael Gerding; her children, Tammy Lynn Norris (Langdon), Laura Jean Langdon, Nicholas Andrew Gerding, and Michael Lambert Gerding; and three wonderful grandchildren, William, Garrett, and Kaleb; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). A funeral mass will be held the following day at 12:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (510 Breckenridge Ln). Jackie will be laid to rest at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Baptist East Palliative Care or Hosparus.
