Jacob Daniel Raymer, 22, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022.

He was born on August 17, 2000 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his papaw, Daniel Ray Marvel, grandfather, William Robert Raymer, Sr., great grandparents, Patricia Rose Kersey, Tela Bruderle, William Bruderle, Everett Marvel and Catherine Marvel, and his brother, Hayden Disney Spencer.

Jacob loved to be on the street taking side bets at a race, beating his Gammy at left right center and flipping quarters. Jacob will always be remembered for his heart of gold and always willing to lend a helping hand. To know him was to love him, Jacob was always smiling and had a laugh that left an impression to everyone that heard it. His time on this earth was short, but the time we had with him is unforgettable. To those still here; they will carry on his memory for a lifetime.

Jacob is survived by his loving father, William Robert (Alicia) Raymer, Jr., mother, Shawn Renee Marvel, brother, Austin Lee Raymer, sisters, Haylee Lynn Goodman, Olivia Rebecca Raymer, and Sophia Marie Raymer, his Gammy, Debbie Marvel, granny, Linda Raymer, grandma, Carol Butler, grandpa, Greg Butler, uncle, Ray (Trish) Raymer, aunts, Becky (Craig) Mills, Ashley (Michael) Marvel, and Allison (Chase) Cheatham, and his dog, Cash Raymer. Also here to carry on his memory are his cousins, Brennan (Hailee) Raymer, Isaac Mills, Kelby Raymer, Marisa Raymer and Naomi Desrosiers; his family at Team Meatball Racing, Individuals Car Club, Johnson and Johnson Motorsports and his Lowriding Family, along with numerous other extended family and friends that will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 25th and 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday September 26th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life after visitation on Monday at the funeral home, Jacob will then be laid to rest at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
