Jackie Eugene Haley

Jackie "Jack" Eugene Haley passed away at his home in Greenville, Indiana on Sunday, February 25, 2024. He was 78 years old. He was born on August 17, 1945 in Paoli, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph Jennings and Mattie Beaulah (Williams) Haley; sisters, Joyce (Russell) Smith, Carolyn (Merle) LaDuke, and Barbara Haley; and brothers, Jimmie (Darlene) Haley, Ralph (Barbara) Haley Jr., and Larry (Terri) Haley.

He is survived by sisters Diane (Ronnie) Woodward of Walbash, Indiana and Brenda (Chris) Diehl of New Albany, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

Jack retired from the Bricklayers Union #1 out of Indiana and Kentucky.

Special thanks to his nephew Kevin (Pam) Bostock Sr., sister, Brenda Diehl, and Hospice who helped take care of him.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) and funeral to follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.

Jack was an avid animal lover. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the local Humane Society or Animal Shelter.
