Jack Earl King, 79, passed away on June 20, 2022 after a brief illness. Jack was born to Harry & Lois King on December 15, 1942 and was raised alongside 4 siblings.
Jack retired from the Louisville Division of Police as an officer with 20+ years of service. After retiring, he owned and operated the Commonwealth Investigative Agency for more than 30 years.
Jack could be found sipping bourbon, enjoying a cigarette, and singing Karaoke. He enjoyed planning social gatherings and watching professional football with his friend James Edlin. Jack especially loved to travel to Las Vegas.
Jack is preceded by his parents; and his siblings, Carlton, Adelaide, & Darlene, and his grandson, Christopher. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 26 years, Deborah "Debbie" King; his children, Sherri Hirsch and David (Michelle) King; his stepson Brett (Kara) Olgin; his brother, Howard King; his 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
There will be a Memorial Service/Party in Jack's honor held at a later date.
