Jack Arnold Beyrodt

Jack A. Beyrodt, 90, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022. Jack was a long time member of Lynnhurst United Church and the American Legion Auxiliary with his loving wife for many years. He was a Navy Veteran and retired from LG&E after 34 years of service as an Engineering Supervisor. He loved spending time with his family, going to Lake Cumberland, participating in bowling and shooting competitions, coin collecting, playing cards, and dancing the night away with his loving wife of 66 years.

He was born on April 15, 1932 in Louisville, Kentucky to Marvin and Theresa (Schuch) Beyrodt. He is preceded in death by his Father, Marvin Beyrodt, Sr., Mother, Theresa "Lucille" Beyrodt; Wife, Carol Elizabeth Beyrodt; Daughters, Sharon Burch and Diane Emerson; Brother, Marvin Beyrodt, Jr.

Jack is survived by his loving family, Grandchildren, Shannon (Marvin) Browning, Amber (Ethan) Moore, Daniel Emerson, Russell (Brittany) Emerson, and Shaun Burch; Great-Grandchildren, Alissa, Hailey, Claire, Collins, and Kimble.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 10:30 am on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Lynnhurst United Church of Christ, (4401 Taylor Boulevard). His Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Lynnhurst United Church of Christ with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Jack's memory be made to Local Humane Society or Louisville Hosparus.
