J. David Terrell

J. David Terrell, age 59 passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009 at VA Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Marjorie Terrell and sister Diane Rogers. He was a graduate of the University of Louisville and a Vietnam Veteran. He is survived by his daughter, Blair Balzer (David); two brothers, Don Terrell (Debbie) and Kevin Terrell; granddaughter, Sadie Beth. Services will be held at Southeast Christian Church, 620 Blankenbaker Parkway 7:00 p.m. Thursday, with visitation there after 5:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Veterans Association, Hospice Unit or Home-based Primary Care Unit, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, Ky. Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive entrusted with arrangements.
