Isabella Nicole Phillips, infant daughter, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2011.
She is survived by her parents, Chad H. and Jennifer L. (Jones) Phillips of Sellersburg; brothers, John Rowan, David Rowan, and Chad Phillips, Jr.; grandparents, Don and Vicki Phillips of New Albany, Jan and Larry Mooney of Louisville, KY, Don Jones of Dallas, TX; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM on Monday, April 18 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150) with her Funeral Service at 1 PM on Monday in the Paul F. Kraft, Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.
Donations in Isabella's memory may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital.
