Isaac Schmoetzer, 18, of Memphis, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022. Isaac loved animals, especially his cats. He enjoyed metal music, anime, manga, and video games. He also enjoyed driving around and spending time with his brother and friends.
He was born on April 2, 2004, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Tom Schmoetzer and Gretchen Kreilein. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Kreilein; and grandmother, Bernadine Schmoetzer.
Isaac is survived by his loving parents, Gretchen Kreilein and Tom Schmoetzer; brother, Logan Schmoetzer; grandmother, Therisa Kreilein; step-grandmother, Gloria Kreilein; and many extended family and friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150).
The family requests that contributions in Isaac's memory be made to the Floyd County Humane Society of Indiana (P.O. Box 1134, New Albany, IN 47151).
