She was born December 22, 1967 in New Albany, IN to John and Janice Finley. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her dogs, Dynamite and Reese. She was united in marriage to Abram "Sonny" Mills on June 22, 2001 in Louisville.
Iovanna is survived by her husband Sonny Mills, one son Dominique Finley, her mother Janice Finley, two sisters Sabrina Hancock and Tiarra Finley, and a host of other relatives.
