Imogene Androbert Mosser, Sr.

Imogene "Ima" Mosser, age 80 of Jeffersontown Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2023. Ima was born on December 6, 1942, in Louisville. She spent her time managing the family and raising 3 sons. Ima was a very loving person who cared about everyone. She loved spending time with family and friends. Her favorite times of the year were the Kentucky Derby and Christmas. She was especially proud of her Christmas tree, which took hours to decorate and even longer to take down, but it was the most beautiful tree that you've ever seen.

Robert Lee "Bob" Mosser Sr, age 80 of Jeffersontown KY, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Bob was born on October 20, 1939, in Louisville. He joined the military in 1959 and served 4 years in the Airforce. He was a retired aircraft technician with 30+ years of service. Bob lived a simple life. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and shoot trap.

Bob and Ima are survived by their 3 children, Rob (Kim), Ron (Robin), and Don (Theresa); 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; Ima's brother Mike Mitchell (Jackie); sisters Diane Jordan (Sonny) and Kathy Willard (Jeff); Bob's brother Frank Mosser III (Brenda); and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6pm on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of both Imogene and her husband, Robert will follow at 6pm.
