Mrs. Ida Zeppenfeldt, age 76 of Louisville passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at her residence. She was a native of Wurzburg, Germany and moved to California in 1963, residing in Louisville since 1994. She was retired from Hughes Aircraft in California. Her father, Joseph Duebel was on the torpedo boat Wolfe in WWII, for the Kreigs Marine.
Ms. Zeppenfeldt is survived by her sons, Edward Zeppenfeldt (Melinda); George A.Zeppenfeldt, daughter, Brigitte Tallent (Larry); grandchildren Tess Tallent, Andrew and Alexander Vaughn Zeppenfeldt; sister, Hilde Maul; brothers, Werner Deubel, Sepp Duebel and Herman Nickl.
Funeral ceremony will be at a later date in her homeland of Germany.
