Huey C. Graves

Huey C. Graves, age 81 of Louisville, passed away peacefully early on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Baptist Hospital East. Huey was born in Burkesville, KY to the late Euel and Nora Anderson Graves on March 17, 1933. Huey served in the Air Force during the Korean War and later was a police officer in Tooele, UT. He retired from Turner Expediting Service. He married Veda Ann Graves of Tooele, UT on June 25, 1954.

Huey is survived by his loving wife Veda; three children, Brad Graves (Michele), Judy Hill and Jodi Graves; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephen, Samantha, Stephanie and Brett; and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral ceremony will be 1pm Friday, May 16, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be on Friday from 10am until time of service.

Memorials may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or the Hospice Unit at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center.
