Hollis H. Stevens
March 20, 1929 — January 5, 2014
Hollis H. Stevens age 84 was called home on January 5, 2014. He retired from a variety of sales jobs including the Courier Journal. He also managed Haywood Dairies and wrote the famous "Professor Haywood" ads. Hollis was a Navy Veteran, active in Special Olympics and enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife Neadean, and two daughters; Melissa and Micki.
He is survived by his daughter Ricki Cole(Michael), five grandchildren; James,Heather,Tara,April and Kelli, three great-granddaughters; Savannah,Sophia, and Lilly along with a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
Visitation will be Saturday January 11, 2014 from 12-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,KY 40243 with memorial service to follow.
