She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Sarah Ipock; brothers, William J. Case, Joe T.Case and Ernest L Ipock; sister, Eddie N Case, .

Henrietta is survived by her beloved, daughter, Brenda Burgess; sons, Harry A. (Amy) Wilson, II, Johnny L. (Karen) Hack, II, and Billy L. (Nichole) Hack; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the funeral home. With a visitation on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
