Helena Harris, 95, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 10, 2022.
She was born on March 17, 1927 in Campbellsburg, Kentucky.
Helena is preceded in death by her husband, John C. Harris; son, John "June" Harris, Jr.; daughter, Sallie Beach; son, James Harris; and son, Ernest "Buck" Harris.
She is survived by her son, Rev. Luther Harris; daughters, Laura Prentice and Vickie Harris; brother, John William Foree; sister, Helen Dean Harper; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A celebration of Helena's life will be held at Campbellsburg 2nd Baptist Church (9338 Main St, Campbellsburg, KY 40011) on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Helena will be laid to rest at Lebanon National Cemetery (20 State Hwy 208, Lebanon, KY 40033) on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 1:30 pm.
