Heather Sue Hampton, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
She was born on July 5, 1985 in Louisville, Kentucky to Tony and Sally Hampton.
She is preceded in death by her Father, Tony Lee Hampton.
Heather is survived by her mother, Sally (Danny) Cain; children, Skylar Tackett and Nevaeh Alexander; grandparents, Dale and Brenda Jones, and Laura Hampton; aunts and uncle, Susan Singer, Joann Atkins; Daniel Jones; numerous extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Eastside Praise Ministry Center (6300 Billtown Road).
