Harry LeRoy Swartwood, III, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.
He served in US Army as a Sergeant during Vietnam and Desert Storm.
He was born on November 24, 1946 in Seattle, Washington to the late Harry Swartwood, II and Frances Jensen Swartwood.
Harry is survived by his children, Harry Swartwood, IV, (Janice Anderson), Mary E. Dolleris and William E. Swartwood; step-daughter, Shoshanna Portman; his wife, Melody Swartwood; former wife, Lynn Eaddy Swartwood; grandchildren, DiAnnah Nunn, Dylan Swartwood, Cole Portman, Meagan Swartwood, Corbin Dolleris, Spencer McDaniel, Drake McDaniel, William Swartwood, II, Kate Swartwood and James Dolleris; and three great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jayce and Dallas.
A memorial visitation will be from 3 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Louisville Chapel, (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
