Harry Dempsey Johnson, age 90 of Louisville, left this earth on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
He was born August 21, 1931 in Brownsville, KY the son of John Riley Johnson and Cova D Childers Johnson. Harry proudly served in the U.S. Army Tank Corps and then lived the remainder of his life in Louisville, KY.
Harry is survived by one son, Alan W Johnson (Mary) and one granddaughter Amy Lynn Johnson; and a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of Harry's life will take place 4 to 6pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243, with military honors at 6pm.
Burial will be private in the Johnson Family Cemetery in Brownsville, Kentucky.
