Harold Mcdaniel

Harold G. McDaniel "Mac" passed away on June 21st. after battling Alzheimer's for 4 years. He was born in Louisville to the late O.J. McDaniel and Susan E. Criswell McDaniel on February 13, 1938. He loved to read and work cross-word puzzles. "Mac" served in the U.S. Army and retired from General Electric. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Bobby. "Mac" is survived by his sisters: Joyce Steimle (Bill), Laura Thomas, Martha Meeker of Greenville TX, and Juanita Chalmers (David). Also surviving is his childhood friend Donald Goben (Karen) and several neices and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 4 PM Tuesday at Southeast Christian Church with visitation after 2 PM.Burial at 1:00 PM Tuesday July 1st the KY Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff, KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Barton House, 6830 Overlook Dr., Louisville, KY 40241, and I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Chris Knoop, Angelique Wells and all the aides for the wonderful care during his illness.
