Harold Leroy Kiper, 66, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana passed away on September 4, 2012 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
Leroy was born on July 25, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to Dempster Hall Kiper & the late Mary Katherine (Bandy) Kiper. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
Leroy is survived by his wife of nearly 35 years, Brenda A. (Wheeler) Kiper; sons, Eric Kiper (Michelle) & Christopher Kiper (Crystall); father, Dempster Kiper (Wilma); brother, James Kiper; and 12 grandchildren. Along with his mother, he is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Ray Kiper.
Visitation will be 9 to 12 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Memorial Service will be at 12 PM on Saturday at the funeral home with burial and military honors to follow at Cave Springs Cemetery in Rolf, Kentucky.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Robley Rex VA Medical Center (800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206).
