Harold Ramon Brown

Harold "Bubby" Bubby EL" Ramon Brown, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. Harold was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Bubby knew met a stranger, he knew everybody, and an avid UofL fan. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was plain spoken and loved guns. Bubby rededicated his life and united with Kingdom Come Full Gospel Church under the leadership of a friend and pastor Rev. David Fortney.

He was born on September 7, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to Theodore and Wanda (Bufford) Brown. He is preceded in death by his Father, Theodore Brown, Mother, Wanda Brown, Grandson, Chea'von Laivontae Ramone Moore, Step-Son, Keion LaDon Bartee, Brother, Garland "Chico" Brown, Sisters, Darla Brown and Cheyenne Brown.

Harold is survived by his loving Wife of 30 years, Jacqueline Bartee Brown; Daughter, Ebony Marie Jones; Grandchildren, Cierra Moore, Chesimon Moore, Tonie English, Tyia English, and Joselyn Lyons; Step-Sons, Tiye R. Bartee and Wantay D. Bartee; Step-Daughter, Kimika C. Bartee; Sister, Jana "Shelli" (Michael) Jackson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions in Harold's memory be made to His Wife.
