He was born on June 12, 1951 in Clarksville, Indiana to the late Franklin and Erma (Wilson) Black. Gregg is survived by his wife of 39 years, Deborah (Wallace) Black; children, Ethan Black, Elysa Rouse, Eli Black; and grandchildren, Alexis Black, Dylan Rouse, Derrick Rouse, and Ethan Black, Jr.
Cremation was chosen following Gregg's wishes. Newcomer Funeral Home was entrusted with his care.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Healing Place (1020 W. Market Street, Louisville, KY 40202).
