Glenn Wyatt, 73, of Simpsonville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019.
He was born on October 2, 1946, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late James and Flossie Wyatt. Glenn was a jack of all trades, a master of many and liked to brag on his "giant" brain. He will be remembered for his skills which included building clocks, stained glass, metal works, gardening, wood working, and cooking. He also enjoyed his bourbon and cigars, especially on the deck with his family on Friday nights. He loved his "wifey" and his family, and they meant the world to him. Glenn retired from the Jefferson County Public School System Nutrition Service Center where he worked for 16 years as a Maintenance Supervisor.
He is also preceded in death by his Brothers, Michael and Eddie Wyatt and Sister, Tia Wyatt.
Glenn is survived by his Wife of 20 years, Lauren Wyatt; Daughters, Angela Newton (Donnie), Stacy O'Ryan (Jeremy) and Tiffany Lawson (Max Richardson); Granddaughters, Whitney Shaver (Tyler) and Mackenzie Jones; Grandsons, Trey Newton and Matthew Jones; Great Granddaughter, Reagan Wyatt Shaver (his namesake and apple of his eye) and Brother, Charles "Chuck" Wyatt (Kim).
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, December 6, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home.
