Glenn Webster

Glenn Webster, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024. In loving memory of Glenn a beacon of love, strength, and joy whose presence and impeccable style for fashion brightened the lives of all who crossed his path. As a loving father, friend , grandfather (papa) and dedicated serviceman in both the Navy and General Electric, his legacy of kindness , humor, and resilience will forever inspire those who knew him.

He was born on November 14, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to William and Edna (Webster) Jones. He is preceded in death by his Father, William Jones, Mother, Edna Louise Jones, and Sister, Freda Hinkle.

Glenn is survived by his loving family, Daughter, Glenesha L. (Marvin Boston) Webster; Grandson, Marvin A. Boston, Jr.; Siblings, Linda Webster, Daryl Jones, Rickey Jones, Sheryl (Brian) Buckner, and Terry Tyler; Best Friends, Bobby (Pat) Harper, Robert Richie, and Herbert Slemmons; Special Friend, Bertha Binford, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Celebration of Life Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
