Glenn Frederick Phillips Sr.

Glenn Frederick Phillips, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Glenn was a hard working man. He loved people and never met a stranger. He worked as a brick layer in his family business for over 50 years. Glenn "Butch" will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor of knowing him

He was born on February 24, 1950 in Louisville, Kentucky to David and Theodora (Madry) Phillips. He is preceded in death by his Father, David Phillips, Mother, Theodora Laura Francise Roberts, Daughter, Jabec Antricia Malone, Siblings, Patricia Williams and Michael Branch.

Glenn is survived by his loving Wife of 48 years, Alfredia Beaumont; Children, Glenn Frederick (Maureen) Phillips, Jr., Antoine Phillips, Aaron Phillips, Monique Lang, Tonya Maffett, Timothy Beaumont, Randall Curry, Tywan Beaumont, Dawon Smith, Glennisa Nichols, and Nikeshia Malone; Many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Julia Ann Phillips and Brother, David Branch; Brother-In-Law, Tony Beaumont, as well as a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.
